Welcome back to my blog, in this blog I want to talk about Healthy Lifestyle. 
Living a healthy lifestyle may mean something different from one person to the next. 
For some, health is defined by living a disease-free life. But along with the times and busyness, sometimes we forget to live a healthy lifestyle in order to maintain health. As a result, we become infected with various diseases and often the disease is a serious disease. If we have had an illness, there will be many troublesome things. We have to spend a budget to go to the doctor and buy medicine, our activities become delayed, and we will bother other people because we definitely need help so they have to take care of us. This is only part of the number of hassles that occur when we are sick. To avoid this, the easiest thing we can do is to live a healthy lifestyle. Most of us think that a healthy lifestyle is a lifestyle that is difficult to live. But actually, there are many easy ways to keep ourselves healthy.
I have a healthy lifestyle to get a healthy life, like : 
1. Sleep for around 7-8 hours. If I don't sleep 7-8 hours I will get dizzy.
   Sleep is one of the body activities that must be done by everyone, because the body
   needs rest. Stamina will decrease and the body's condition deteriorates, without
   enough sleep.




2. Drinks 5-7 liters of water in one day. 
    I was advised by my mom to drink a maximum of 8 liters of water because it 
    would get rid of toxins in our body.


3. Drink lemon with honey every morning. 
    The benefits & efficacy of lemon are obtained from the content of this fruit which 
    contains citricacid, vitamin C, calcium, folic acid, vitamins B5, B3, B1, B2, iron, 
    magnesium,phosphorus,potassium, and many more. I drink this because I want to 
    lose my weight.


4. Replace white rice into red rice
    White rice contains a lot of sugar, and finally my mom replaces it with red rice.


5. Eat fruits and vegetables
    I love fruits and vegetables, sometimes I eat only fruits and vegetables, and that has 
    made me full.



6. Zumba every tuesday ,saturday and sunday
    For the past 2 1/2 years, I have been following Zumba and it's moving so fast that it 
    makes me move and sweat



7. Don't eat too much, the portion is reduced a little
    reducing the portion of eating is very important, it's not good to eat too much 
    because it will cause fat and disease.


8. Don't eat junk food too much
    yes you know that eating junk food is not too good because there are so many 
    preservatives in the food and most junk foods are not very good for our health.
   

9. Don't think negative things that make me stress.
    When the body feels threatened, a chemical reaction will occur in the body that 
    allows you to prevent injury. This reaction is called "fight-or-flight" or a stress 
    response. When your body responds to stress, you will feel your heart rate increase, 
    breathing faster,muscles  tighten, and your blood pressure rises.



So... we must live a healthy life because to live a healthy life is very expensive, healthy life also avoids disease and always remains enthusiastic :)
